Eden’s warm and sensitive approach made me feel welcomed immediately. She always takes a lot of time to ask questions and find out what herbs and treatments would be ideal. Eden uses her vast knowledge on Ayurveda in a creative, joyful and understanding way. I feel like I am finally finding the tools I need to live a healthy, balanced and happy life. Sometime last year (2013) I stumbled upon the memoir, Misadventures of a Garden State Yogi: My Humble Quest to Heal My Colitis, Calm My ADD, and Find the Key to Happiness by Brian Leaf. In addition to yoga he talks about consulting Ayurvedic practitioners and how having a “vata” constitution contributed to his, shall we say, issues. Well when I found that the vata type perfectly described me I thought maybe Ayurveda was an answer for me as well.

Fortunately I’d met and worked with Eden in another capacity in the past. I called her and began some work. In addition to dryness, digestive problems, and ADHD I have a circulatory condition called Reynauds that causes my fingers, toes and even lips to be blue when I’m cold. Not an attractive look and worse to experience. Eden treated me with a variety of herbs, oils and massage and sweats. I have been pleased and surprised to see myself with pink cheeks and nail beds.

I've studied and practiced Ayurveda under the guidance of Eden for over 3 years now. Eden is a warm and inspiring teacher.
